  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number, is required.

Non-Refundable Items

The following products are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Accessories or items not part of our core categories (Sweaters, Coats, Trousers, Dresses).

How to Request a Refund

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exceptions
